NTS has a top notch technical team that works with VoiceRD to ensure that proper support is provided to all VoiceRD Professional subscriptions. This technical support is included with every VoiceRD Professional system. It is provided as part of the annual maintenance and covers all VoiceRD Professional systems 24/7.

24/7 Monitoring & Management: Each VoiceRD Professional comes with a yearly subscription to Novell's 24/7 Monitoring and Management service. This includes patch management, up and down monitoring, automatic service restart, and 24/7 telephone support to address and bugs that are discovered.
