VoiceRD Appliance

The VoiceRD Appliance is a 1U Hewlett Packard server pre-loaded with the VoiceRD Professional software package. Various configurations include a Digium 4 port T1 card, a 4 port analogue card, or a combination card. The operating system is SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10, completely pre-loaded and configured. AppArmor is added as the application-layer firewall. Identity management licenses are optional for provisioning voice mail from the enterprise directory service.

The VoiceRD Hot Swap Backup is an always ready VoiceRD server with complete data synchronization of the phone system configuration, voicemail, and auto attendant. This high availability solution provides you with minimum downtown at a low cost. No expenses switches or load balancing hardware is required.

VoiceRD Clustered Solution

The VoiceRD Clustered Solution provides a highly available PBX with complete failover. The solution also includes the ability to perform least cost routing across to help minimize your call costs.

Monitoring & Support

The appliance hardware and software is supported and monitored 24x7 by Novell Technical Services, including patches and updates. Pricing A soft appliance is also available. In addition to all the software included on the hardware appliance it includes the SugarCRM and Alfresco integration.
