VoiceRD Asterisk Integration Professional for SugarCRM

The Professional version of VoiceRD/Asterisk integration for SugarCRM provides added features for call logging, call recording, on call note taking, and scheduling of follow up meetings and calls.

Outbound features:
When clicking on a phone number the pop-up window will:
-Automatically log an activity.
-Allow you to add notes to that activity.
-Display history of the contact's notes.
-Allow you to optionally or automatically record the call.
-Allow you to initialize a feature activity (call, meeting email etc..).

Inbound features (For VoiceRD Professional and Appliance Customers Only):
Inbound call will pop-op caller info.
Core contact info, plus notes history, and activity history.
Inbound calls can be recorded.
