Alfresco Open Source Integration for VoiceRD and SugarCRM

"Alfresco offers true Open Source Enterprise Content Management (ECM) - Document Management, Collaboration, Records Management, Knowledge Management, Web Content Management and Imaging." This module provides the full power of Alfresco managing your content from within SugarCRM. An Alfresco tab is added to the SugarCRM tabs. Documents that are managed by Alfresco are tagged to an individual SugarCRM contact or account record.

Documents can be standard documents such as contracts, proposals, quotes, or other text objects. This module incorporates voice objects into Alfresco. VoiceRD allows conversations to be recorded, say for training or quality control in a call center. A recorded conversation is stored in Alfresco, and available for collaboration, workflow, and can become a permanent object in the enterprise records management.
